QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne men's tennis team improved to 6-1 on the season after a hard-fought 4-3 victory over Bucknell on Saturday. With the victory, the Dukes complete their five-game homestand 4-1.

The Bison opened the match by winning the doubles point. BU won the #1 and #3 matches to go ahead 1-0.

Duquesne needed to win four of the six singles matches to win the match. The Dukes were able to win at #2, #3, #5 and #6 - all in straight sets. Corey Robinson won at #2 6-3, 6-2. Alex Aleman was a 6-0, 6-2 winner at #3. Harry Walshe took #5 at 6-3, 6-0. Mehdi Mekaoui won at #6 6-2, 6-4.

UP NEXT: The Dukes will embark on a three-match Spring Break trip to Florida beginning March 1st. Duquesne will face Palm Beach Atlantic, Florida Atlantic and Lynn University.
