Duquesne's men's tennis team improved its record to 7-0 with weekend victories at Bloomsburg and Bucknell. The Red and Blue downed Bloomsburg, 7-2 on Friday and Bucknell, 6-1 on Saturday.
Senior Michael Ortega went 4-0 on the weekend, winning both of his single matches at number two and coupling with freshman Mikhael Rasner at first doubles for two wins. Rasner also went 4-0, topping both of his opponents at sixth singles.
Sophomore Zach Skorupka was also flawless, winning both of his singles matches at number three.
The Red and Blue return to action Feb. 8-9 as they travel to Ohio to take on Cleveland State and Toledo.
