The No. 3 seed Duquesne Dukes (17-12, 11-5) play host to the No. 14 seed Rhode Island Rams (8-20, 3-13) in the first round of the 2019 Atlantic 10 Women's Basketball Championship on Tuesday, March 5 at 7 p.m. at the A.J. Palumbo Center (ESPN+).

• The Dukes ride a five-game winning streak into the A-10 Championship, which began with a 75-58 win over the Rams on Feb. 17.
• Duquesne is 5-2 all-time against Rhode Island in the A-10 Championship and 15-8 vs. the Rams in Pittsburgh.
• Duquesne has won 14 of its last 16 meetings with Rhode Island.

• Chassidy Omogrosso needs just 11 points to pass Candace Futrell for third on the Dukes' all-time scoring list. She is coming off a season-high 26-point performance in the win over St. Bonaventure.
• Omogrosso is averaging a team-high 16.0 points per game during the Dukes' current five-game winning streak, while Julijana Vojinovic has averaged 13.4 points, scoring in double-figures in all five contests, shooting 21-of-23 from the free throw line.
• Libby Bazelak leads Duquesne with 7.2 rebounds per contest and 22 assists compared to just eight turnovers in those five straight wins, as well.
• The winner of the Duquesne/Rhode Island matchup will take on the winner of No. 6 Saint Louis and No. 11 Richmond on Friday, March 8 at 7 p.m. at the Palumbo Center (ESPN+).
