PITTSBURGH - Freshman midfielder Nate Dragisich (McDonald, Pa./West Allegheny) has been named Atlantic 10 Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week for the second time this season following DU's games at Liberty and vs. St. Bonaventure last week.

Dragisich got the Dukes off to a quick start in Saturday night's 4-0 Atlantic 10 win over SBU with a header off a cross in the fourth minute to open the scoring. He also assisted on DU's second and third goals. Dragisich had six shots - including two on goal - in his four-point week.

Dragisich, who shared Rookie honors on Sept. 16, is just the fourth player in school history to earn A-10 Rookie of the Week honors multiple times joining Terry McNelis (five times in 1999), Zach Varga (four times in 2003) and Simon Gomez (three times in 2010).

The West Allegheny product leads the 7-3-1 Dukes in assists with four. His eight points ranks tied for third on the team.

Duquesne returns to action next Saturday when it hosts George Washington at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN+.
