AMHERST, N.Y. - Buoyed by a pair of top-five individual finishes, the Duquesne men's cross country team recorded a third-place mark at Friday's Buffalo Stampede Invitational at the Audubon Golf Course.
The Dukes registered a score of 61 trailing just Cornell (41) and the host Bulls (45) at the event.
Following a first-place showing at the Duquesne Duals in the season opener two weeks ago,
Cordon Louco (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) finished second on Friday with a time of 25:17.8 on the 8K course.
Christian Kazanjian (Media, Pa./Penncrest) crossed the finish line just two seconds later in fifth place at 25:19.4.
