Men's and Women's Cross Country Ranked by USTFCCCA

NEW ORLEANS, La. - The latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association polls have been released. Both the Duquesne women's and women's teams are ranked in the Mid-Atlantic.

Coming off their impressive second place finish at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, the men's team is ranked 11th in the 15-team poll. Duquesne is ahead of A-10 member George Washington (#15) and cross-town rival Pittsburgh (#13).

After finishing sixth in the same race, the women's team is 12th in the poll. The Dukes are ahead of A-10 member Saint Joseph's (#14) and La Salle (#8) is the only conference team ahead of Duquesne in the Mid-Atlantic.rankings.

The Dukes return to action on Saturday at Schenley Park in the Carnegie Mellon Invitational. The women's race is at 10:00 a.m. and the men's race at 11:00 a.m.
