Duquesne's men's cross country team finished eighth of 25 teams Saturday at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship at Princess Anne, Md. Jim Spisak paced the Dukes with a 33rd place finish in the 183-runner field with a time of 31:25.3.

Following close behind was Erik Anderson who placed 35th in 31:27.0. Chuck Lockwood was next in 49th place in 31:52.1, then Cam Stauffer in 52nd in 31:58.1 and Scott VanKooten in 70th in 32:23.0.

The Red and Blue return to action on Saturday, Nov. 19 as they compete in the IC4A Chammpionship.
