A 2008 Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference honoree, he scored the lone Duquesne goal in a 1-1 tie with La Salle, assisted on the game-winning goal versus Manhattan and also had a helper in a win over Niagara. Horner boasts a 3.95 cumulative grade point average as a finance major.
