Men's Cross Country Finishes Sixth at A-10's

Results

Duquesne's men's cross country team turned in a sixth place showing of 14 teams at the 2009 Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship in St. Louis, Mo.

The Dukes were led by junior Mike Stolar who finished third overall in the 141-runner field with a time of 26:23.8. Stolar was named to the All-Conference Team as a result of his finish.

Also scoring team points for the Red and Blue were junior Mark Bucklaw (30th/27:51), junior Kyle Dorman (37th/28:03), freshman Jim Spisak (50th/28:16) and freshman Adam Shrawder (51st/28:16).

The Red and Blue return to action on Saturday, Nov.14 as they compete in the NCAA East Regional Championship.
