Duquesne's men's cross country team finished third of 13 teams at the 2008 Princeton Invitational Saturday morning. The Dukes, who had 79 team points, finished behind the host Tigers (62 points) and Atlantic 10 foe Saint Joseph's (78 points).
Senior Josh Eddy led the Dukes for the fourth straight race, placing eighth in the 195-runner field with a time of 24:29.50. Eddy was followed by Shane Sarver in 15th place in 24:41.10, Scott Van Kooten in 16th place in 24:43.90, Mike Stolar in 18th place in 24:45.00 and Derek Dutille in 23rd place in 24:50.50.
The Dukes return to action on Saturday, Nov. 1 as they compete in the Atlantic 10 Championship at Charlotte.
