The men's cross country team finished 11th out of 42 teams at Friday's Paul Short Invitational, hosted by Lehigh University.

Senior Chris Horvat led the Dukes and placed third in the 276-runner field with a school record time of 24:05. Horvat improved his own school record of 24:17 set at last year's Paul Short Invite.

The Red and Blue return to action on Saturday, Oct. 14 as they compete in the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Indiana.
