Duquesne's men's tennis team opened its season 1-1 by splitting a pair of matches in Eastern Pennsylvania. The Dukes lost a Lafayette, 4-3 on Saturday before bouncing back for an 8-1 win at Bloomsburg.

Senior Devon Peightal went 4-0 on the weekend winning both of his matches at number one singles and teaming with sophomore Adam Townsend to win two doubles matches.

The Red and Blue return to the court on Friday, Spet. 23 as they travel to Cleveland State.
