Duquesne University senior Derek MacKenzie (Carnegie, PA/Chartiers Valley) has been named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week for the week ending Oct. 31. MacKenzie scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 overtime victory at 21st-ranked Rhode Island on Friday.

MacKenzie is tied for the team lead in scoring with three goals and a team-best five assists for 11 points. The University's all-time leader in career assists with 27, MacKenzie has scored two-game-winning goals this year.

The Red and Blue return to action on Saturday, Nov. 6 as they travel to St. Bonaventure for the regular season finale at 1:00 pm.
