Duquesne's junior cross country runner Ryan Bender (Indiana, Pa./ Indiana) was named the Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week. Bender receives the award following his second place showing of 107 runners at the Duquesne Duals on Saturday.

Bender ran the 4.2 mile course in 21:39, leading the Dukes to a sweep of their eight competitors. He has been the Dukes' top finisher in four straight races, dating back to last year.
