Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Duquesne University indoor track and field team is set for a trip to the Ashland Invitational on Saturday.

  • The Dukes claimed three event wins and reset a program record at Youngstown State last weekend.
  • Nadia Constantakis broke her own indoor pole vault record, clearing 3.73 meters (12-2.75) to place fourth overall. The sophomore has now set the school record four times across eight career indoor meets.
  • Rose Kuchera (long jump), Sylvia Kashak (800 meters) and Trinity Basara (500 meters) each captured event titles. Kuchera opened her sophomore season with back-to-back long jump victories, while Kashak earned the win in her first career indoor meet. Basara, a sophomore, also claimed her first career individual victory.
