Box Score Wexford, Pa. – Stretching their winning streak to three straight matches, the Dukes secured a 4-3 win over Saint Francis during Senior Day at the Oxford Athletic Club. With the win, the Duquesne University women's tennis team improved to 8-7 overall this year.

The Dukes captured the early point by sweeping the doubles competitions. At the top spot, sophomore Mild Badics and senior Kaya Rand tallied a 6-3 win over Diana Zuba and Dasha Chichkina. At the second doubles, sophomores Alexandra O'Brien and Sofia Serrano downed Reagen Mangan and Sara Jankovic 6-4 before freshmen Sofia Lopez-Linares Perez and Denisse Arinez Guilarte captured a 6-4 victory over Sophia Cunningham and Morgan Tuffs at the final spot.

During singles competition, both teams split the six matches, with Duquesne capturing the win. At the number one spot, Badis secured a 6-4, 2-6, 6-3 win over Chichkina while Rand collected a 6-3, 1-6, 6-4 win over Zuba at the second slot. At third singles, O'Brien downed Mangan 6-4, 6-4 before Lopez fell to Kelly Dowuona at the fourth slot. At the final two spots, Arinez Guilarte dropped a 6-0, 5-7, 8-11 to Kally Kadzinski while Serrano fell to Jankovic 6-3, 6-3.
