THE SERIES - vs. RHODE ISLAND
- The Dukes are 37-22 all-time against the Rams.
- On the road, Duquesne is 14-12 in the series.
- Duquesne is 8-2 in the last 10 matchups and 18-3 in the last 21.

- Maye Toure is the team's leading scorer at 13.6 points per game and rebounder at 6.5 rebounds per game.
- Sayawni Lassiter leads the team in assists per game (4.4) and steals per game (2.5).
- Rhode Island was picked to finish third in the A-10 this season.
- Tammi Reiss is in her 4th season leading the Rams.

- Rhode Island snapped Duquesne's six-game winning streak in the series the last time they met.
- URI won 67-57, pulling away in the fourth quarter to grab the win.

- Duquesne took down Howard at home in its last game before the holiday break, 68-55.
- Tess Myers had another big-time game, scoring 21 points and hitting six three-pointers.

- Megan McConnell is the ONLY player in Division-I - men's or women's - to have two triple-doubles this year. Her 8.3 defensive rebounds per game rank eighth in the nation and her 9.8 rebounds per game rank lead the A-10. Her 35 steals are the 24th-most in the country and her 78 assists lead the A-10 and rank 11th nationally.
- Tess Myers leads the nation in three pointers with 47 and three-pointers per game with 3.62. Her 90 total threes last season led the conference and ranked 14th in the nation.
- The Dukes lead the A-10 in rebounds per game (41.9, 50th in nation) and defensive rebounds per game (31.3, 13th in nation). Their field goal percentage defense (34.4%) ranks first in the conference and 17th nationally.
A-10 ELITE
- Since taking over as head coach in 2013-14, Dan Burt has led the Dukes to 179 wins. Only Dayton (192) and Fordham (189) have amassed more wins during that span among A-10 teams.
- The Dukes are also one of four Atlantic 10 programs to post a winning season in at least seven of the past nine seasons (Dayton, Fordham, & VCU).
- Coming into the season, Duquesne was also tied for the third-most A-10 wins (86) since Burt took over as head coach.
- Since 2013-14, the Dukes have led the Atlantic 10 in scoring offense (2x), scoring margin, field goal percentage (2x), free throw percentage and assists per game (3x).
- Duquesne has ranked at least fifth in the conference in points per game, field goal percentage and assists per game in all but one season since 2014-15.

- Megan McConnell leads the A-10 with 9.8 rebounds per game, which rank 31st nationally. Her 8.3 defensive rebounds per game rank eighth in the nation. Her 127 total rebounds are the 11th-most nationally.
- She led the team with 6.4 rebounds per game last season, which ranked 10th in the conference.
- McConnell hauled in at least five rebounds in 22 games last season. She has five or more in 12 out of 13 games so far this year, and seven games with double digit rebounds.
- Precious Johnson ranks second on the team and 8th in the conference with 7.4 rebounds per game.
- Duquesne's 30.8 defensive rebounds per game rank 13th in the country. The Dukes' 41.9 rebounds per game lead the conference.
CAREER BESTS
- A handful of Dukes have set multiple career highs this season.
- Megan McConnell set highs in rebounds (15), assists (11) and blocks (3).
- Tess Myers has put up highs in points (23, 2x), rebounds (10) and three-pointers made (7).
- Naelle Bernard has set new highs in virtually every category, including points (18).
- Amaya Hamilton set career highs in points (22), rebounds (12), assists (7) and FGs made (10) already.
- Precious Johnson has new career bests in rebounds (15), assists (6) and threes made (3).
- Ayanna Townsend also set a new career-high points total (21).

- Duquesne ranks 17th in the country and first in the conference in field goal percentage defense, with opposing teams shooting just 34.4 percent against the Dukes.
- The Dukes' scoring defense ranks fourth in the conference as opposing teams have scored just 60.8 points per game.
- The Dukes held opponents to under 50 points five times last season and won eight games by double digits. They have won six games by double-digits already this year.
