MORGANTOWN, W. Va -- The Duquesne University women's tennis team began fall competition this weekend at the Martha Thorn Invitational, hosted by West Virginia, Friday through Sunday.
The invite included five teams - Duquesne, West Virginia, James Madison, Penn State and Louisville.Â
All seven Duquesne players competed at some point in the event. Between Friday, Saturday and Sunday, each team took part in three rounds of doubles and three rounds of singles. In total, Duquesne took part in 28 different matches.

The Dukes are back in action this upcoming weekend at the Cleveland State Invitational, which will take place Oct. 14-16. Â
