"We're really happy to come away with a win on the road against a very good squad," said head coach Dan Burt. "I'm very happy with our performance in terms of how we played - I'm not happy with the turnovers we had and how we shot the ball from three."
The Dukes had 21 turnovers and were shot a season-low 15.8 percent from 3-point range, connecting on 3-of-19 attempts.
"I want my team to play free and know that I trust them and that they have the freedom to break a play off an attack."
Duquesne dominated in the paint, outscoring Robert Morris 44-16 and outrebounding RMU 44-35 - the Dukes had 24 points off turnovers and 16 on the fast break
