2010-11 Men's Tennis Schedule
Sixth year men's tennis coach Rob Castille recently announced his 2010-11 schedule, which is highlighted by a University all-time high 11 home matches in the spring.
The Dukes will open the fall portion of the season Sept. 10-12 with the first of three fall tournaments as they travel to East Lansing, Mich. for the Michigan State Invitational. On Oct. 1-2, the Red and Blue will head west again to participate in the Toledo Invite. The Dukes will then have a couple contests in Pittsburgh on Oct. 8 as they face Robert Morris and Carnegie Mellon on CMU's campus and will wrap up the fall campaign Oct. 29-31 at the Cornell Invitational.
The spring season kicks off on Jan. 21 as the Dukes host James Madison at The Club Sport and Health in Monroeville. Other home matches include Niagara, Bucknell, Xavier, George Washington and Cleveland State in February, Toledo in March and Temple, Detroit, Dayton and Saint Joseph's in April.
Duquesne's road schedule includes trips to Youngstown State, St. Bonaventure, Buffalo, Colgate, Wright State and a neutral site contest with Richmond in Washington, D.C.
The 2010-11 campaign culminates April 15-17 at the Atlantic 10 Championship in St. Louis, Mo.
