Duquesne's men's tennis team spent its spring break in Orlando, Fla. and posted a 3-0 record during the trip. The Dukes edged Presbyterian College, 4-3 on March 1 and downed Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, 8-1 and South Dakota State, 7-0 on March 3.
Freshman Bryan Roberts went 3-0 for the Dukes in singles play and teamed up with sophomore Kyle O'Leary to go 3-0 in doubles play. O'Leary also went 3-0 for the Red and Blue in singles.
Senior Gustavo Villares also went 3-0 in singles play while compiling a 2-1 doubles record. Junior Steve Herchko and senior Mark Maciuch teamed up to go 3-0 at first doubles.
The Dukes return to action on Saturday, March 13 as they host Buffalo at 3:00 p.m. in Monroeville.
