PITTSBURGH - All five of Duquesne starters recorded double-figure scoring led by Kristi Little's game-high 18 points as the Dukes won their second straight game defeating Saint Francis, Pa. 87-59 Thursday night at the Palumbo Center.
Kelly Britcher (16 points), Samantha Pollino (13 points), Keri Pryor (11 points) and Rachel Frederick (10 points) along with Little became the first starting five since Nov. 17, 2001 to hit double-figures.
Allison Daly led SFU with 16 points.
With the Dukes leading 17-12, Janie Killian and Brittany Lilley scored back-to-back baskets to get the Red Flash within a point midway through the first half.
Duquesne closed out the later part of the first half outscoring Saint Francis 24-7 taking a 41-23 lead into halftime.
A pair of Britcher foul shots capped a 14-3 run to open up the Duquesne lead to 12 points, 31-19, at the 5:53 mark of the first half.
SFU would only get as close as 10 points in the second half and the Dukes lead would get as large as 31 points after an Amanda Peck layup ended 15-5 Duquesne run with 1:13 remaining.
The Dukes tied a season-high by grabbing 51 rebounds led by Frederick game-high nine boards. DU also had a season-best 11 blocks led by Samantha Thompson's career-high three. Duquesne also recorded a season-best 25 foul shots.
This is the final home game of the 2008 calendar year. The Dukes' three-game road trip that commences Sunday afternoon at IPFW followed by back-to-back games Dec. 29 and Dec. 30 at the University of Miami Holiday Tournament.

- The last starting five to record double-figure scoring was Candace Futrell, Beth Friday, Shiri Sharon, Oxana Shetko and Nikolina Pender in the 2001-02 season against Cleveland State - a span of 211 games
- Duquesne held the opponent under 60 points for the 10th time in 11 games this year
