Toledo Invitational Results

Duquesne's men's tennis team captured first place in the five-team Toledo Invitational held Sept. 21-22. The Dukes tallied 9.5 team points, followed by Cleveland State with 7.5, Toledo with 6, Xavier with 5 and Dayton with 1.

Four Dukes went perfect in singles play as sophomores Mark Maciuch and Jeremy McClelland and freshmen Steve Herchko and Mikhael Rasner all went 3-0. Maciuch and Herchko also went 3-0 in doubles play to lead the Dukes.

The Red and Blue return to action on Friday, Sept. 28 as they travel to Dayton, Ohio for the two-day Wright State Invitational.
