PITTSBURGH - Five Duquesne players scored in double-digits as Kristi Little's game-best 18 points led the Dukes to a 75-65 victory over Binghamton Tuesday night.

Amanda Peck came off the bench to score a career-high 16 points on 8-10 shooting to give Duquesne (5-3) their fourth win in the past five games and remain unbeaten (3-0) at the Palumbo Center. Jade Singleton was a rebound shy of her third double-double of the season as she finished with 12 points and nine boards. Samantha Pollino also added 10 points for Duquesne.

Erica Carter led Binghamton (1-6) with 16 points and Laura Franceski pulled down a seven rebounds for the Bearcats.

A Lauren Reinshuttle 3-pointer at the 9:48 mark of the 1st half broke a 14-14 tie and started DU on an 11-0 run over the next 2:34 to take a 25-14 lead. The Bearcats would claw their way back to get within five points at 35-30 with 1:16 left in the half, but a Peck layup in the paint with three seconds remaining gave Duquesne a 37-30 halftime lead.

Peck began to dominate inside during the second half, taking advantage of defensive mismatches. Her fifth basket of the half was a layup with 8:09 remaining that gave the Dukes their largest lead of the game, 20 points, 68-48. A BU jumper by Bobbi Van Fleet with seven seconds remaining in regulation was as close as Binghamton would get, as Duquesne took the 75-65 victory.

In addition to Peck, Jocelyn Chandler gave DU productivity off the bench, scoring a season-high 10 points.

"We making sure we are substituting and keeping our players fresh. On any given night it could be somebody else stepping up. Tonight it was Amanda Peck and Jocelyn Chandler had the best performance all year for us," said head coach Suzie McConnell-Serio. "We had 31 field goals on 27 assists. We have players that are unselfish, and that's a credit to our players that were getting people the ball in a position to shoot. We're not having to put the ball on the floor consistently to create out shots. When we execute, we can be very good, and we did that tonight."

Duquesne returns to action at the Palumbo Center Friday night at 7:00 p.m. against one of their three opponents out of the Big East Conference, West Virginia.
