The Duquesne women's soccer team will have to wait until Saturday morning for their season opener. The opening day of competition at Marshall's Thundering Herd Nike Classic has been postponed because of inclement weather from Friday night until Saturday morning. Sunday's games will remain as scheduled.

The Dukes (9-10-1, 4-6-1 A-10 2004) will face host Marshall (3-13-3, 0-11-1 MAC 2004) at 12 noon, Sat. August 27, 2005, while Pittsburgh (6-10-1, 2-7-1 Big East 2004) and Jacksonville (5-9-5, 3-3-4 Atlantic Sun 2004) will open the competition at 10:00 a.m. at Sam Hood Field in Huntington, W. Va.

On Sunday, Duquesne will play Jacksonville at 11:30 a.m. with Marshall taking on Pittsburgh at 2:00 p.m.
