Duquesne University's Katie Schwager (Akron, Ohio/Walsh Jesuit) has been named the Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Co-Player of the Week as announced by the league office.
The senior forward recorded her first career hat trick and just the seventh in Duquesne history with three scores in DU's 6-3 win over Robert Morris and was responsible for both game-winning goals this past week. She took four shots vs. the Colonials including a penalty kick shot accounting for one of her goals. Schwager nailed a penalty kick vs. St. Bonaventure as well.
