Duquesne University sophomore tennis player Devon Peightal (Fairview, PA/Cathedral Prep) has been named to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference team, in voting conducted among the Conference's sports information directors.

Peightal made the jump from number four singles and number two doubles to #1 at both this season and posted a 4-13 singles record and a 2-16 doubles slate. He went 0-1 in singles play and 1-1 in doubles action at the Atlantic 10 Championship.

In the classroom, Peightal boasts a 3.41 grade point average as a pharmacy major. He is a member of Duquesne's Dean's List, as well as the school's Director of Athletics Honor Roll and the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
