Morgantown, WV - Duquesne University's men's track and field squad set four school records on Saturday at the West Virginia University Spring Classic. And the Dukes took home three silver medals as senior Kevin Shirk (Allison Park, PA/Hampton) (left) took second in the 800 and 1,500 meter races and freshman Aaron Panigall (Greensburg, PA/Greater Latrobe) did the same in the 110 high hurdles.

The school records set at this meet:

Freshman Joe Winans (Pittsburgh, PA/Baldwin) in the 400 meter dash with a time of 53.37 Panigall in the 400 meter intermediate hurdles with a time of 58.29 Shirk in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 3:58.31 Freshman Chuck Mohan (Monroeville, PA/Gateway) in the shot put with a distance of 14.56 meters The Dukes next competition is the Penn Relays in Philadelphia, PA, from Thursday, April 25 though Saturday, April 27, 2002.
