Christian Cupp set a Duquesne program record in the decathlon to lead the Dukes at the Susquehanna Outdoor River Hawk Multi.
Cupp won the orange division with a program-record 7,158 points, improving his previous school record by more than 400 points. He recorded personal bests in the javelin (47.90m / 157-2), 110-meter hurdles (15.71) and 100 meters (10.87). Cupp also won the 1,500 meters (4:44.69), 400 meters (49.11) and shot put (12.75m / 41-10).
Sophomore
Colm Matheney posted a personal-best 6,593 points, improving his No. 2 standing on the Duquesne all-time list. Matheney set personal bests in the 400 meters (50.57), high jump (1.80m / 5-10.75) and 100 meters (11.32).
Freshman
Jayden Jordan-Loran entered the Duquesne all-time top five with 5,205 points. He won the maroon division in both the pole vault (3.90m / 12-9.5) and discus (33.83m / 111-0).
On the women's side, freshman
Brandi Brozeski finished second in the orange division with 4,642 points, moving into fifth on the Duquesne all-time list. She won the high jump (1.58m / 5-2.25) and 100-meter hurdles (14.45).
Isabella Costa won three events, claiming titles in the long jump (5.63m / 18-5.75), 200 meters (25.99) and high jump (1.58m / 5-2.25). Costa totaled 4,544 points to finish fourth overall.
