PITTSBURGH - The 11th-ranked Duquesne women's bowling team heads to Hamilton, N.J. for the Northeast Conference Championship March 24-26 at Hamilton Lanes.
The Dukes, who tied for first in NEC regular-season play, will take a No. 2 seed into the event which will see the winner claim an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
DU went 17-4 in three regular-season NEC meets, tying with Fairleigh Dickinson for the regular-season crown.
The Dukes will open play on Friday, March 24 vs. No. 3 seed Merrimack at 2:00 p.m. and will compete again on Saturday 9:00 a.m., with that opponent to be determined by the outcome of other first round matches.

NEC Front Row.
The NEC Championship will follow the Mega-Match format, with a traditional match followed by a quint baker match. If the two teams are tied, a best-of-7 baker match will determine the winner.
