Elliott re-established school records eight times during the course of the year, including a time of 10.22 seconds in the 100-meter dash that also established a new record at the Atlantic 10 Championships. He also re-broke the school-record in the 200 meters at the A-10 Championships with his time of 20.74 meters. Elliott was also a member of the A-10 Champion 4x100-meter relay team.
His efforts garnered Elliott his second-straight Atlantic 10 Championships Most Outstanding Performer of the Meet award. Elliott's laurels this season also included winning both the 200-meter and 60-meter dash at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships and the 200 meters at the outdoor championships. Elliott was also the runner-up in the 100 meters at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships.
