PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Duquesne men's and women's track and field teams are slated to compete at the prestigious 125th edition of the Penn Relays on Thursday through Saturday at Franklin Field in the City of Brotherly Love.
The following Dukes will participate in the historic Penn Relays - the oldest and largest track and field competition in the United States:
- 4X100-meter relay: Amberly Valeriano, Chyna Beck, Gabby Holmberg, Bethany Evankovich
- 4X400- meter relay: Maiah Yankello, Kel-Lisa Sebwe, Gabby Holmberg, Bethany Evankovich
- 5000-meter run:Â Elizabeth Morris / Hunter Wharrey, Sam Knee-Robinson
- 3000-meter Steeplechase: Megan Aller, Morgan Perkins
- 400-meter Hurdles: Maiah Yankello / Preston Hogue
- High Jump: Maris Seto
- Long Jump: Amberly Valeriano / Harvey Kane
- Triple Jump: Gabby Holmberg, Chyna Beck / Alex Long
- 100-meter run: Isaac Elliott
- 10,000-meter run: Cordon Louco
- Shotput: Tyler Bishop
For the Duquesne men,
Isaac Elliott owns the top time in the Atlantic 10 in the 200-meter dash this spring at 21.21 seconds while ranking second in the conference in the 100-meter dash at 10.67.
Harvey Kane sits second in the long jump (7.36 meters) while
Alex Long ranks third in the triple jump (14.73 meters) for the Dukes.
Tyler Bishop has recorded the fourth-best mark in the shot put (16.15 meters) and
Hunter Wharrey owns the fifth-fastest time in the 10,000-meter run (30:35.32) for Duquesne.
Maris Seto ranks fourth in the A-10 in the high jump at 1.68 meters while
Chyna Beck is also fourth in the triple jump at 12.03 meters.
Bethany Evankovich is fifth in the league in the 400-meter run (54.24) for Duquesne.

The Dukes will take part in the Saint Francis U Invitational on Saturday in Loretto, Pa. as the final tune-up before the 2019 A-10 Championship in Amherst, Mass. next Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5.
