YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Duquesne women's track and field team continued the 2019 indoor season on Friday at the Youngstown State Collegiate Invitational hosted by the Penguins at the Watson and Tressel Training Site.
Bethany Evankovich won the 500-meter run with a time of 1:13.51, setting a new facility record. She bested the previous facility record of 1:14.32 set by Duquesne's Anna Smimone in 2015. Fellow Duke
Maiah Yankello finished second in the event with a time of 1:15.12.

Kel-Lisa Sebwe paced the 4x400-meter relay with a mark of 3:51.84.
Sebwe added a second-place mark in the 400-meter dash with a time of 57.88 for Duquesne.
Morgan Perkins paced the 5000-meter run, crossing the finish line in 18:14.59 for the Dukes.
Laura Ehrenberger posted a third-place finish in the 800-meter run at 2:17.39.
