PITTSBURGH - Former Duquesne offensive lineman
Ben Huss (Upper St. Clair, Pa./Upper St. Clair) has been invited to Jacksonville Jaguars rookie minicamp on May 11-13, team officials recently announced.
Huss, a four-year starter for the Dukes, earned Associated Press, STATS FCS and HERO Sports All-America honors following his senior campaign in 2017. In addition, he became the first Duquesne player to participate in the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Collegiate Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. earlier this year.
Huss is also just one of two players in program history to earn four All-NEC honors, including three first team all-conference nods. He helped the Dukes to two NEC titles during his four-year career, as well.
In 2017, starting all 11 games at right guard, Huss buoyed the Duquesne offensive line which helped the Dukes pace the NEC in scoring and rushing offense.
