Interview FAQ & Guidelines

Pregame / Week of Game:
Duquesne Football does not hold a scheduled weekly press conference. Media outlets interested in interviews with Coach Schmitt or student-athletes during the week of a game may contact Jacob Davey, Director of Strategic Communications, to schedule sessions. Media can also reach out to be added to the distribution list and receive notifications of any scheduled press conferences.

Postgame:
Following all home contests, Coach Schmitt and student-athletes are available for postgame press conferences in the Spiritan Campus Ministry Room in Keller Fieldhouse. For road games, Coach Schmitt and players will be available; the location will be shared with media in attendance, and a Zoom link will be provided to accredited media wishing to attend virtually. Recordings of all postgame press conferences will be linked on this media site.
