QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne women's track and field program participated in the Gulden Invitational this past weekend. The Dukes finished in second place, 10.5 points behind host Bucknell.
Coming off setting the school record in the weight throw last meet, Mercedes Oliver finished first with a distance of 57-6.25. Shannon Taub also finished first in the high jump (5-5) and Jenny DelSignore first in the 5000m with a time of 17:36.41.
NEXT UP: The Dukes will participate in two events - Thundering Herd Invitational hosted by Marshall and PSU National Open hosted by Penn State. Both events will be Jan. 27-28.
