Men's Track Places 16th at Colonial Relays

Duquesne's men's track & field team finished 16th of 44 schools at the 2016 Colonial Relays at William & Mary this weekend. The Dukes accumulated 27 team points.

Rico Galassi opened the event for the Dukes by winning the 3,000 meter run with a school record time of 8:27.34 to capture 10 team points. The 4x400 meter relay of David O'Such, Kyle Trinch, Frank Dallago and Mohamed Cisse also earned 10 team points, finishing first in 3:16.01.

Cisse scored five points with his fourth place finish of 91 runners in the 400 meter dash with a school record time of 47.40 while Trinch nearly improved on his own school record in the 400 meter intermediate hurdles with a seventh place time of 53.32.

The Dukes return to action on Saturday, April 16 as they participate in the two-day Bison Outdoor Classic at Bucknell.
