Women's Track Finishes 29th at Colonial Relays

QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne women's track and field team finished 29th out of 43 teams in the 51st annual Colonial Relays this weekend.

The Dukes finished with seven points, five coming from Valeria Palermo, who finished 4th overall in a field of 36 runners in the steeplechase. She tied her PR with a time of 10:17.59.

The 4x800 team of Abby O'Connell, Hannah Gilliam, Abbie Marquard and Annegret Nehl earned one point after finishing 8th with a time of 9:13.58.

Autumn Greba recorded Duquesne's other point after her 12th place finish in the 5000m. Her time of 17:06:16 was 8th best among the 43 seeded runners.

UP NEXT: The Dukes head to Bucknell for the Bison Outdoor Classic April 16-17.
