QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne women's tennis team opened the 2016 spring season with a 4-3 victory over Cleveland State on Saturday afternoon.

In doubles, the Vikings won at #1 and #3 to clinch the point before #2 could finish their match.

The Dukes were winners at #1, #2, #3 and #5 singles. At #1, Kylie Isaacs was a straight set winner over Princess Gbadamosi. Julianna Herman was also a straight set winner -- she defeated Victoria Bensimon at the #2 spot. Maddy Adams split the first two sets with Mathilde Orange before winning in a breaker at #3. Ally Miller also split her first two sets, but pulled away in the 3rd set with a 6-1 win against Aleksandra Golawska at #5.
