PITTSBURGH - Linebacker Christian Kuntz (Pittsburgh, Pa./Chartiers Valley) has been named third team Football Championship Subdivision All-America by The Sports Network. He is just the fifth DU player to be honored by TSN since the team's inception in 1987.

Kuntz, the national leader in tackles for loss per game (1.8/g.), is the first sophomore in school history to earn All-American honors from any affiliate.
Kuntz, the only Duke who was named First Team All-NEC last month, finished tied for the team lead with 74 tackles (32 solo). The two-time NEC Defensive Player of the Week, led the Dukes in tackles for loss (19.5) and sacks (9.0) and tied for team-high with two fumbles forced.
