Box Score

Duquesne's lacrosse team jumped out to a 6-2 halftime lead and cruised to a 13-8 victory Sunday afternoon at Rooney Field.

Haley Marafioti scored five goals for the Dukes, including four in the first half. Caitlin Prince added three scores for the Red and Blue while Cailin Colegrove scored twice.

Defensively, Casey Denk had three caused turnovers and two ground balls while Liz Walker made seven saves and had two ground balls.

The Dukes return to action on Thursday, April 21 as they travel to St. Bonaventure for a 1:00 p.m. contest.
