Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Duquesne University lacrosse team wrapped up its 2026 season Saturday, hosting No. 22/24 Richmond for its annual One Love Foundation Game at Rooney Field. The nationally ranked Spiders earned a 21–6 victory.
Mia Piocquidio led the Dukes with three goals, while
Chloe Holmes,
Chelsea Evans and
Abigail Krogmann each scored once.
Gracin Emerson recorded three assists to three different scorers, while
Megan Marco assisted on Piocquidio's third goal. Emerson closed the season with 65 assists, setting a Duquesne single-season record.
Defensively,
Ryan Cooke and
Casey McBride each collected a game-high three ground balls, while
Addison Scanlon caused two turnovers.
Freshman
Madison Welch added two draw controls to finish the season with 96, the second-most in program history.
