ADAMS, KELLY, WILLIS COMPETE AT PENN RELAYS
The Dukes competed at the historic Penn Relays this weekend. A record-setting crowd of 54,310 people filled Franklin Field in Philadelphia for the 116th annual event.

Ashley Adams has a great day by placing sixth in the discus (150-3) and shot put (44-1.5). She was joined by Korrey Willis who was 20th in the shot put (35-8.25).

Katie Kelly placed 13th overall in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:56.22.


FOUR DUKES PLACE FIRST AT FATHER BEDE HINES INVITATIONAL
Duquesne also competed at the Father Bede Hines Invitational held on the campus of Saint Francis, Pa. in Loretto. The Dukes has a successful event, winning four events.

Taylor Glenn's first place finish in the 400m was her personal-best time of 59.43. Colleen Gilmore also set a her personal-best time and was first in the 800m finishing in 2:19.97. Mindy Haulman's throw of 109-10 was first in the javelin and Adams' 148-9.5 throw in the discus was first.

Willis also set a season-best mark in the hammer at SFU, with a throw of 150-4.
