Melissa Stewart (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) added another honor to her lengthy list of awards today. She has been named to the 2007 ESPN The Magazine Women's Cross Country / Track & Field Academic All-America Third Team as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
This is the second consecutive year she has been named to the Academic All-America Third Team. Stewart, the 2007 Duquesne Female Student of the Year, had a 3.97 grade point average majoring in Health Management Systems.
