Results

Sophomore Tom Slosky, the first Duquesne student-athlete to qualify for the NCAA Track & Field Championships, saw his outstanding season come to an end yesterday eveningn with a 12th-place finish in his heat of the steeplechase at Sacramento, Calif.

Slosky, the Atlantic 10 and IC4A champion in the steeplechase, ran a 9:13.50 in a heat that saw six runners qualify for Saturday's final.
