Results

The Duquesne women's tennis team took a 6-1 victory over A-10 member Dayton Friday afternoon at Club 4 Life in Monroeville, PA. Junior Jackie Hughes improved to 9-3 in singles winning her second-straight second singles match this Spring. Th win put the Dukes 2-0 this spring, 6-0 on the season.

The Dukes started the match taking the doubles point with an 8-3 win at first doubles by Hughes and Rebecca Poole and a 9-8 margin at second doubles by Johanna Bezjak and Alexandria Albano.

Duquesne captured five of the six singles matches as Bezjak, Hughes, Poole, Albano and Alicia McNamara won at 1-3 anf 4-5 singles respectively.
