Two Duquesne women's cross country runners who didn't make the trip to Terre Haute, Indiana for the NCAA Pre-Nationals on Saturday, instead competed in the Carnegie Mellon Invitational in Pittsburgh's Schenley Park.

Freshman Kaitlynn Davis was 43rd in 212-runner event with a time of 19:57.90 in the 5K race. Senior Stephanie Sabol completed the course in 21:03.22 (92nd).

Duquesne is off until October 28th when they will host the Atlantic 10 Conference championships at the same Schenley Park.
