Duquesne University's Erica Moody (Pittsburgh, Pa./Oakland Catholic) has been named the April 18 Atlantic 10 Women's Track & Field Rookie of the Week as announced by the league office. It is her fourth weekly citation for the outdoor season.

Moody bettered her own school record in the 400 meter dash taking fourth overall at the UVA Lou Onesty/Milton Abramson Invitational this past Saturday crossing in 56.88. Her time is the third-best in the conference this season. She was 14th in the 200 meter dash with a season-best time of 25.96 and also ran the lead leg of the 4 x 400 meter relay which won silver in school-record and ECAC Championship qualifying time of 3:54.18. The 4 x 400 meter relay's time ranks first among A-10 institutions this season.

Moody, who's four accolades is a league-best, was also named the A-10 Rookie of the Week on March 21, 28 and April 4.

Duquesne will compete in the Bucknell Five-Way meet this Saturday, April 23.
