Duquesne University's Erica Moody (Pittsburgh, Pa./Oakland Catholic) has been named the Atlantic 10 Women's Track & Field Rookie of the Week as announced today by the Conference Office. It is the first week of A-10 Track & Field honors for the outdoor season.

Moody took silver in the 400 meter dash with a time of 57.65 and captured bronze in the 200 mater dash crossing in 26.35. She also ran the leadoff leg of the 4 x 400 meter relay which finished eighth overall with a time of 4:09.39. The VCU Ram Invitational is the first meet for the Dukes' outdoor slate.

Duquesne returns to action this Friday-Saturday competing in the NC State Raleigh Relays.
