Erie, Pa. - Duquesne's women's tennis team concluded its fall schedule with a convincing 8-1 road victory over Mercyhurst Saturday afternoon at the Westwood Racquet Club.

Johanna Bezjak (Salisbury, Md. / James M. Bennett), Jacqueline Hughes (McKeesport, Pa. / McKeesport), Rebecca Poole (Swindon, Wiltshire, UK / New College), Andrea Sailer (Tucson, Ariz. / Salpointe Catholic), Alexandria Albano (East Amherst, N.Y. / Williamsville East) and Alicia McNamara (Voorhees, N.J. / Pendleton School) all won their singles matches in straight sets. McNamara led the Red and Blue with a Love win over the Lakers' Kassie Leuschel. DU won two of three doubles matches.
